Try before you buy

Pulsaria includes a 30-day free trial with every feature unlocked. No credit card required. The trial is the primary way we want you to evaluate Pulsaria — and the reason most refund requests never come up in the first place.

When the trial ends, the application switches to read-only mode. Your data stays visible, but new entries can only be added again once you have bought a licence.

Instructions on withdrawal

The purchase contract for a Pulsaria licence is concluded with Polar Software, Inc., who acts as Merchant of Record and is therefore the seller towards consumers (see section 04). You may address your withdrawal either to us or directly to Polar; we accept withdrawal declarations on Polar's behalf and forward them.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Note on early expiry

For contracts covering digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if the consumer has expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. We do not ask you to waive this right at checkout — your full fourteen days apply.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are processed by Polar Software, Inc., who acts as the Merchant of Record. Once the withdrawal has been processed, Polar credits the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days. We have no influence over this part of the process beyond initiating the refund with Polar.

On refund, your Pulsaria licence is deactivated and the app switches to read-only mode after the next licence check. Your locally stored data remains untouched on your devices.

Voluntary money-back guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal: if you buy a Pulsaria licence and decide within 14 days of purchase that it isn't for you, we'll refund you in full. No paperwork, no justification required. This promise applies regardless of where you live and does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

After 14 days

Outside the 14-day window, refunds are at our reasonable discretion. If something is genuinely broken — a serious bug we couldn't fix, or a compatibility problem we failed to disclose — write to us anyway. We'd rather refund a frustrated customer than keep a payment that feels wrong.
